Jim Humphris is Chair of the Symbia Board and a founder director. Jim has over twenty five years experience in the application of information systems to business needs.  This includes ten years experience with Logica, where he held senior business development and sales management roles in the finance sector.  As a Director of Logica International he was responsible for developing relationships with the larger hardware and software providers.  Jim has been responsible for developing Symbia's business in customer relations, procurement and interim management.  Jim has a BA in Philosophy and Politics.

Peter Jenkins is Symbia's Managing Director and Head of Symbia's Technical Solutions Line of Business.. A Symbia founder director, he spent the early part of his career in the aerospace sector, including four years in the USA as an associate professor. Prior to setting up Symbia, he was a divisional manager with Logica for ten years. Peter led much of the pioneering work on the Balanced Scorecard in the UK , integrating this approach with improvements in Corporate Governance. He is a strategic consultant to the public sector through the OGC and is currently supporting change in the Police Service. He is called upon by the European Commission to evaluate multi-million € programmes. Peter has an MA in Engineering and an MS in Astronautics.

Piers White is a Non-Executive Director. Piers is an experienced Financial Services practitioner having run sizeable businesses for Barclays and Flemings. For much of the last 20 years Piers has been involved in, or initiated, substantial change programmes. Currently Piers is UK Chief Executive Officer of Insinger de Beaufort the Anglo-Dutch Private and Investment bank. He brings to the Symbia Board extensive client experience having worked with numerous consultancies. He is also a Non-Executive Director with the Ordnance Survey and a Governor of Hazelwood School. Piers has a BA in Economics and Statistics, a Master of Business Administration from Henley Management College and is a qualified banker (ACIB) and marketeer (MCIM, DipM).

Graham Skinner, CBE, is a Non-Executive Director, who also has the role of Symbia's senior defence adviser. Graham retired from the Royal Air Force as an Air Vice-Marshal. He is a specialist in defence matters, industrial logistics support and aerospace engineering management. Amongst a variety of activities he is presently a Visiting Professor at Cranfield University, the Military Adviser to Marshall Aerospace, Cambridge and a Non-Executive Director of Short Brothers, Bombardier Aerospace in Belfast. He is Clerk to the Worshipful Company of Engineers in the City of London. Graham has a BSc in Aeronautical Engineering and an MSc in Industrial Management.
