Organisational Development
We take a holistic view of the organisation by examining, assessing and defining the ‘hard’ elements through to the ‘softer’ aspects and focus our interventions at an organisation, team or individual level.
It is our fundamental belief that OD helps to develop the capacity for responding to both organisational and business changes by developing leadership and talent, building relationships, creating adaptive and agile teams, engaging employees and addressing behaviours, mindsets and attitudes of employees.
Our OD services include:
- Developing capability in order to deliver the organisations strategy. Through the strengthening of leadership capability, the identification and development of talent and, the creation of competency frameworks that are aligned to the organisations strategy and, stakeholder engagement real results are sustainable.
- Designing high performance teams. We help you to generate the hunger for high performance standards by building teams that demonstrate commitment and innovation in the pursuit of a shared purpose with joint accountability to create genuine buy-in to delivery.
- Employee engagement. People are your strength and involving them in all aspects that affect their performance at work is vital. Developing programmes that will engage employees in strategy and decision making, communications, performance management structures will lead to the ‘we’re making a difference’ feeling.
- Mindset, behaviour, attitude. Given the varying levels of complexities that organisations operate in it is necessary for the company to practice adaptability and flexibility. To do so they will often need to generate a shift in mindset behaviour and attitudes of their employees. We help by analysing your organisations culture, identifying future culture and examine the gap between present and future to determine what behavioural changes are required to get you to that desired future state.
